About Us

Our love story began the summer of 2016. Being inspired by the everlasting love my sister had found through online dating, I decided to see what Plenty of Fish had to offer.

After reading through many unremarkable messages, I finally came across the profile of a man who caught my eye. Our shared love for creating art sparked our first online conversation, which quickly lead to our first of many firsts.

Two amazing years worth of memories later, we've backpack through Italy, produced many fun art projects and raised our loveable fur baby, Shadow together. The day before our most recent adventure through the Swiss Alps, Hills of Austria and Castles of Germany, Chad finally popped the question and the rest is history.

We can't wait for this exciting new chapter to begin!

Victoria Colasurdo Bride

Victoria was born and raised in New Jersey where she grew up swimming at the YMCA and Hazlet pool club with her sister Nicole. Her mother is Josephine and father is Dominick Colasurdo. Her move to Florida at the age of 15 fostered some of her most precious memories such as the time spent with her grandparents, as well as the lifelong friendships she made. She later moved to Chicago for Optometry School where she enjoyed the experience of living in a big city. Currently, Victoria practices optometry in Florida. She enjoys taking classes at the local gym and spends her free time trying out new hobbies such as crocheting and kayaking. The thing she loves most about Chad is his support and encouragement for her to find her passion.

Chad Tarbutton Groom

Chad is a native Floridian, born and raised on the beaches of Tampa Bay. His mother is Lee and father is Dave. While his brother Donnie played baseball, Chad sat on the sidelines putting pencil to paper and quietly creating the foundations of his love for the visual arts. Around the age of 10 he got his first computer which opened the door to his future career and love for programing. Today he spends his time immersing himself in the art of 3-D printing and creating video games. If you can't find him designing something on his computer, he is probably diving the waters of Venice Beach in search for the next largest megalodon tooth to display in his collection.

They first met

Chad messaged Victoria on Pof.com (Plenty of Fish) and they started to get to know each other.

First date

After a few days of chatting, they decided to meet for their first date at You Do The Dishes. From there, Victoria was hooked!

Trip to Italy - 2017

They took their first international trip to Italy where they visited Venice, Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Naples, Capri, Gaeta, and Pompeii

The Proposal

Chad proposed at the house a few days before their trip to Switzerland. This gave Victoria time to wear the ring because she didn't want to travel with it.

Trip To Europe - 2018

They traveled three amazing countries.

They stayed 4 days in Lucerne, 4 days in Wengen
Austria
They stayed 2 days in Innsbruck, 3 days in Salzburg
Germany
They stayed 3 days in Munich, then took 5 days driving to Frankfurt hitting all the castles along the way!
